History

Year	Milestone
1995	Facility in China begins to ship additional products to India to meet growing demands
1997	Machines supplied mainly from Germany till 1997, represented in India only through distribution and sales channels.
1998	Under the management of Singapore and China offices, activities increased in India and support and sales centers have been set up.
2000	Messer cutting and welding merged with Eutectic castolin and all cutting related activities are merged with EWAC. Head office is shifted to Mumbai an a team of service and sales engineers is formed.
2008	Manufacturing facility set up in Tamil Nadu and multitherm eco is introduced which is a CNC cutting machine developed locally.
2009	First factory block set up with a total area of 9,077 sq ft and eventually converted into a fabrication unit.
2010	Second block with a space of 12, 988 sq ft set up which is to be used for storage and assembly. Locally developed Omnimat L heavy duty cutting machine and Fiberbalde laser cutting machine introduced into the Indian market. EWAC becomes a subsidiary of L&T India.
2011	Third block built to provide more space for manufacturing
2013	New production site inaugurated and Messer India moves into a 100,000 sq ft facility in a 240,000 sq ft area.

Plasma Cutting Service: The plasma cutting services we offer provide a better cut quality as compared to oxyfuel cutting. It is accurate and provides smooth edges and can be used to cut a wide range of materials.
Laser Cutting Service: Laser cutting provides the highest cut quality and accuracy of the three and finds a diverse range of applications including cutting of level sheet materials. The laser cutting we provide is of two types namely straight cutting laser and bevel cutting laser.
